Uprising Breads Bakery Café is a familiar destination and a favourite meeting spot in the vibrant Commercial Drive neighbourhood of East Vancouver. Uprising Project has been rebranded with the different meaning of uprising. In this project uprising means an act of resistance or rebellion which follows the theme of russian constructivist posters and ads throughout the whole process.They bake everything on site, early every morning.They offer that full selection of familiar home baking bright and cheerful, comfy-cozy Café provides indoor and outdoor seating with a full coffee service. Lunchtime offerings include homemade soups and salads, hot savoury items and a variety of sandwiches, make on our own fresh baked breads.
